Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website IQScorePro.com and its cognitive assessment services (the "Service"), operated by IQScorePro.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service or completing an assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

IQScorePro provides an online, non-proctored cognitive assessment that generates an estimated cognitive score, percentile and a detailed report. Taking the assessment is free. Viewing your score, unlocking the full report, and generating a certificate require a one-time payment.

3. Pricing & Payments

• The full report is a one-time purchase: ₹49 for users in India and $1.99 (USD) internationally, or as otherwise displayed at checkout.
• Payments in India are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not scrape, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the questions, scoring algorithms, visuals, or reports.
• You may not use bots, automation, or multiple accounts to manipulate results, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the question bank, scoring methodology, graphics, report templates, certificates, logos and branding — is the property of IQScorePro.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and download your own report and certificate for personal use only.

6. No Guarantees

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The assessment produces an estimate and we make no warranty that results are accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose (see the Disclaimer).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQScorePro.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IQScorePro.com collects, uses, and protects your information when you use IQScorePro.com. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Assessment data: your answers, per-question response times, and an anonymous device/browser fingerprint used to calculate your score and detect fraud.
• Email address: only if you choose to provide one to receive your result, report, or certificate.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive a confirmation and order reference but never see or store your full card/UPI details.
• Technical data: IP address (stored only as a hashed value), approximate country, and basic usage logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run the assessment, calculate your score, and generate your report and certificate.
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To email your result, report or certificate when you request it.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted processors: Razorpay (payment processing) and our email provider Resend (sending result/certificate emails). These providers process data under their own privacy terms and solely to provide their service to us.

4. Data Retention & Security

We keep assessment and order records only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@iqscorepro.com.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.

7. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The full report and certificate are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked. However, we want you to have a fair experience:

Eligible for a refund

• You were charged but, due to a technical error on our side, the report or certificate did not unlock or could not be downloaded.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
• A payment was made in error and the report was not accessed.

How to request a refund

Email support@iqscorepro.com within 7 days of purchase with your registered email and the payment/order reference. We will verify and, where eligible, process the refund to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Since the assessment is free and the report is a one-time digital purchase, there are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel.

Assessment Disclaimer

1. Nature of the assessment

IQScorePro is an online cognitive assessment that produces an Estimated IQ / Cognitive Score, calibrated to a standard normal distribution (mean = 100, standard deviation = 15). It is intended for personal benchmarking, self-exploration and educational interest.

2. Not a clinical instrument

This assessment is not a medical examination, neurological or psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical psychological evaluation, and is not a substitute for proctored, standardized tests such as the WAIS-IV or Stanford-Binet administered by a licensed professional.

3. Not for formal decisions

Results must not be relied upon for employment, hiring, academic admission, school placement, clinical diagnosis, or any other formal or legal decision. Scores reflect performance on this specific, unproctored online test and may be affected by environment, fatigue, device, and test familiarity.
